BOXING
Get fighting fit with our boxing-based HIIT class which combines hard-hitting cardio with martial arts and strength training. This 45-minute full body work out moves you through three discrete workout zones – Cardio, Strength and Combat – where you will find equipment that challenges you in each discipline. Super-charged exercise regime that will really put you through your paces. Gloves included. Willpower your own.

SPIN
Take the ride of your life with our high intensity Spin classes. Our pumping beats, state-of-the-art LED lighting, immersive surroundings and performance engineered bikes will work your glutes off. We have brought together the best instructors from all over London who have worked hard to design a range of exhilarating classes that will motivate you to push beyond your comfort zone. These classes are true calorie killers with a fun vibe that will help take the edge off the burn.

Core Blast
Something torturous for your Core fitness … 30-45 mins of isolated core movements, fast-tracking you to that dream 6-pack! The Core blast is definitely going to hurt – but remember in the Studio, nobody can hear you scream!

HIIT
Crank up your cardio with our criminally tough circuit of burn! Welcome to Fierce. Move between cardio machines for 20 minutes of brutally sweaty effort before smashing through a series of HIIT weight workouts for 20 minutes of tough toning. Finish off with Boxing and Body Weight exercises for an all-body butt whipper!
