Description: Take the ride of your life with our high intensity Spin classes. Our pumping beats, state-of-the-art LED lighting, immersive surroundings and performance engineered bikes will work your glutes off.

Description: Crank up your cardio with our criminally tough circuits of doom! Just joking, move between cardio machines before smashing through a series of HIIT weight workouts for 45 minutes of tough toning.
